Here's one that is just getting exposure. Board set up on SI just a couple of days ago. I spoke with management yesterday and they said they were the talk of the Linux show in NY this past week and have 70 distributors lined up. They were very upbeat and confident of the future. Here is a write up today. O/S 11,000,000, float 6,000,000, contact Russ Gallagher, (561)362-7886 trading around $2.25.

Flame Petro-Minerals Corp. (100% owner of LinuxWizardry, Inc.) is a public company doing business in British Columbia, Canada. Flame is a fully reporting company on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB: FPMCF). The Company has diversified into the Linux-based technology sector by acquiring 100% ownership in Linux Wizardry, Inc.

FPMCF is now positioned to become a doninant player in the exploding LINUX enterprise arena in competition with VA Linux Systems, and Red Hat Inc.

Linux Wizardry's strategy is to develop and market a Linux-based low cost router that will be user friendly and to develop and market other Linux-based enterprises software and hardware for end-to-end networking solutions for small businesses. The LinuxWizardry router was successfull at the Linux World Conference and Expo in New York on February 2-4, 2000.

Mike Carpenter, CEO of LinuxWizardry states that "my goal is to build a Linux-based low-cost router at a fraction of the cost of Cisco Systems". Cisco is a current leader in router technology; Cisco sales for the year 1999 were reported at 13 billion.

Environment

The company's astute knowledge of the potential in the industry and its niches is evident in it's choices of developing technology. Linux Wizardry has approached the market from a truly entrepreneurial position of strength in attacking the small to medium size businesses needs for alternative solutions to their business problems without the corporate prices. The Linux software has provided an easy user-friendly platform, which has facilitated the creation of easy and more functional third party products like the ones the LinuxWizardry has created and anticipates creating as particularly small business demand increases for more friendly and less tech solutions.

Linux Wizardry, Inc. is soon to become a worldwide leader in routing technology by utilizing the Linux operating system. The free Linux operating system will allow Linux Wizardry Inc. to provide scalable solutions to the corporate world at a fraction of the cost of current network routing solutions.
Major companies are designing their database programs to run on Linux OS & developing Linux-Based file and web services. It's cost effective, reliable and the applications are either free or inexpensive. Linux OS has emerged as a major player in to-days IT market and is gaining momentum. The possibilities are endless in this growing multi-billion dollar market.
Financial forecast

At a price basis of $1,000 per unit, estimated sales over the next three years are expected to be as follows:

2001 - $8,000,000

2002- $12,000,000

2003- $24,000,000

Red Hat Inc. has reported $10,000,000 in sales recently and has an $18,000,000,000 market cap.

Conclusion

The Linux revolution has had a promising beginning in the operating software industry and is showing no signs of letting up. On the contrary, this industry is setting aside plenty of room for it and for many applications that offer good sound solutions to run with this latest platform. LinuxWizardry is developing strategies and products through market savvy ness, technological strength and good leadership to capture the market for such applications and feels the greatest time and effort is better put to use by focusing on the small business segment. Small businesses individually do not possess as much buying power as large corporations, but as a whole it's a whole new game. Small to medium size business are behind this huge push in user "easy" friendly technology. One of the reasons for this push within the industry is clearly represented by Flame Petro Minerals CEO John Robertson in his statement " that most businesses do not have and cannot afford to have a network specialist on staff to manage the network router. The network expert is very expensive and the unskilled amateur encounters great difficulty with the current generation of products. This LinuxWizardry router will allow these businesses to take control of their networks for the first time".

- The Company's goal is to commence production in August of this year.

- The Company's strength lies in their understanding of the direction in which the software industry is going and the new demands that it will have to me.
