I am completely in the dark on VIPM. I had a gut feeling and bought a few. A lot of good people have bought a few, too. I do not know why they bought, or why I bought. I just have a good feeling about it. (You've heard the old saying, there's a sucker born every minute.) I know very little about VIPM. I believe it is a shell that is looking for a company to reverse merge with, joint venture with, or the like. It could be looking for financing. I honestly do not know. Purchase this one at your own risk. Sorry, I can not answer your questions. Good Luck! Jake
