I2: Re: "The cash reserve will remain essentially unchanged or move up slightly."

I believe reserves will remain the same.

Re: " The newsletter will emphasize that the current high level of market risk is likely to remain."

Agreed.

Re: "There will be no short term solutions this time."

He has said this whole situation will take some time to work out.

Re: "The likelihood of a lengthy period of underperformance, such as 1966 - 1982, is increasing."

Too early to tell IMO.

Re: "The likelihood of a major (catostrophic?) bear is also increasing."

I don't think he will go this far. But I believe he will say the downside risk has increased.

Re: "For conservative investors, cash taken out of the market now may best stay on the sidelines for quite some time."

Agreed.

The cash reserve will remain essentially unchanged or move up slightly.

The cash reserve will be reduced to 4%, in keeping with "The 4% Rule";

The newsletter will emphasize that the current high level of market risk is likely to remain

Thus creating stellar investment opportunities for those willing to accept the risk;

There will be no short term solutions this time

There never are;

the above is all rank speculation

Amen.
