MGHCE Just called again was told they are "tweaking the filing" Hoping I guess that it doesn't come back with comments. I was also told a news release would follow. Maybe they release it after the bell who knows. They have definitely lost a lot of investors here the last couple of days. But we all know these little ones almost always come back, maybe not right away but eventually. Maybe RG can get a better feel for these guys.

Jim, <<MGHCE>> Ray said that he couldn't find their office, but it's clear that someone is answering the phone. Many are reporting that they have been told the company will file. The stock is back to a near term low, a time to buy? I wonder if there's another run on a report of filing? While risky, maybe there's still a good double here? What do you think?
