Not that I want to butt in, but usually you need a "cause of action" before you have a "right to sue". Indeed, a frivolous suit is legally sanctionable. But it is also true that many suits are borderline frivolous. If one plays fast and loose with the facts in a public forum in the hope of influencing the stock price to one's advantage, that possibly exposes one to a cause of action by those adversely affected, or damaged, as a result. Expressing an opinion is another matter completely, but there is a tendency to mix fact and opinion in ways that create misunderstanding (indeed, appear intended to create misunderstanding). And motive is also important. But right to sue? God, I hope that one never gets added to the Bill of Rights. MST
