Rarebird <I had thought Japan never got out of their Recession. All those Government spending projects just superficially boosted GDP.> Last June there was hope -- whether it was more than the hope of another export-led recovery is another matter. The trade deficit is going to get us into trouble and the Japanese citizens know a rat when they smell one -- reform the old bureaucrats? LOL, it will take a generational revolution to change Japan.
