Nat, Bertelsman being in Music Business is a in direct conflict with TWX. Bertelsman wants to be taken out of the deal and also has an additional six million ready to go customers for AOL for 10 or 11 Billion dollars.JMHO-YFT

Thanks for your view.

I tend to agree with most of what you say, although I still feel thay should focus their attention directly on the key issues facing the company right now. Their management of Wall St expectations since announcing the TWX merger has been dismal, and it is probably a better use of management resources to put out the fires closest to home, before attemting to light some others over the horizon.
