malcolm, other computers that would benefit from wireless connection: 4. Any machine that has a computer built in that needs to communicate, such as automobiles, refrigerators, manufacturing equipment, etc. I saw a report the other day about a company that sells advertising in wireless Internet displays in elevators! Instead of staring at the ceiling while riding up and down, the passengers watch sports and stock market reports in-between ads. Talk about a captured audience. - Fred
