Thanks.

SW, that's good news. Saw the following article from Bloomberg:

Winstar Sells 12% Stake of Advanced Radio Telecom

Washington, Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Winstar Communications Inc., a provider of wireless phone services to companies, sold its 12 percent stake of Advanced Radio Telecom Corp., according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Winstar sold its stake of 3.3 million shares of the Bellevue, Washington-based Internet telecommunications company between Jan. 21 and Feb. 3., including the sale of about 2.9 million shares last Thursday.

Brian Heagler, investment relations director for Advanced Radio Telecom, said shares sold Thursday were acquired by an institutional investor in a private transaction for $23.97 per share, making the sale worth more that $69 million. Heagler declined to name the institutional investor, and said he didn't know why Winstar sold its shares.

Last week Winstar said it will split its stock 3-for-2, with the New York-based company issuing one additional share for every two shares held. The shares will be distributed March 2 to shareholders of record Feb. 16. This is first stock split for Winstar since it become public in 1991.

Winstar provides high-speed Internet access, Web-based information and telephone services in more than 70 markets in the U.S., Europe, Asia and South America.

Winstar shares rose 2 5/16 to 78 9/16. Advanced Radio Telecom shares rose 1 7/16 to close at 30 1/4, after earlier today reaching a 52-week high 31 7/16.
