Seabee mine in Saskatchewan consistently produces 60,000 ounces from high grade veins. THis is a money maker with costs below $200 per ounce.

In 1998 Claude bought the Madsen mine for its rich ore known at depth. Previous production about 2.3 million ounces. They must dewater to get to the high grade quartz carbonate ore body. (.5 to 3 ounce per tonne)

They also discovered a zone parrallel to the previously mined Austin Zone. They thought that they might be able to enter and drift it as was done in the Austin. Ore was too inconsistant with low POG they delayed until more drilling has identified specific bodies.

They may wait for the high grade #8 zone and then mine both together or drill off a reserve in the new McVeigh zone and crush while they wait for dewatering.

Funds bought in at $1.50 prior to Christmas.
