Just in case my post was confusing, because yours sure was to me, the Mongomery/B of A meeting was wildly bullish for Qcom. Management is almost uncontrollably bullish. What I meant was that everyone can go have fun now, because its all over, imo. Q's internal projections are very likely to come true.

but do my number of QCOM shares also divide by two?


When the stock splits, you get twice the number of shares. Only the share price gets split in half, so that the dollar amount of your holdings (shares x price) will remain constant (other things aside).
