Interestingly enough, since Priceline went public, they have only reported UNAUDITED financials. It is a normal practice to report unaudited financials on your quarterly report, but most companies don't have something like this hanging over them.
Priceline may have a case if they can't return the ticket to the airlines once it is purchased, but in any case the revenues are misleading since the margin on the ticket sales will always be low.
