That is correct amundo it changed when Dell lowered their own expectations!

Not true! Dell only has to do .15 (-2.9%) to maintain their status which if you realize is the changed game as they would have had to do .21 previous to the game changing! If they do .17 (still -1.9%) under performing their original .21 but beating their .15! So why do you insist that the changed game is only in play for IBM, CPQ & HP?
