Mustang.com and GTSI Announce Dedicated e-Government Business Unit
Companies will Jointly Deliver Mustang Message Center Turnkey eService Solutions to Federal, State, and Local Government
Bakersfield, California - February 9, 2000: Mustang.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSTG), a premiere provider of Trusted eService Solutions(tm), and Government Technology Services, Inc. (GTSI) (Nasdaq: GTSI), one of the largest dedicated B2G providers of information technology solutions to Federal, state and local government customers, today announced an alliance to market Mustang Message Center turnkey automated e-mail management solutions to the government. GTSI's 17 years selling and marketing to the federal government, coupled with Mustang.com's 14 years experience in mission-critical eService practices, offers Government agencies a comprehensive turnkey eService solution. Presently available on GTSI's NIH ECS II contract, the Company also intends to add these products and services to additional government contracts it holds.

Recently, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue implemented the Mustang Message Center Enterprise Edition with the help of Mustang.com and GTSI. In preparation for the 1999 tax season, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue sought a solution that would allow them to more quickly and efficiently respond to e-mail inquiries from state taxpayers, a growing method taxpayers use to communicate with the Department. Mustang.com and GTSI worked together to provide a complete turnkey solution in less than a week. The project included customizing the system to Department of Revenue specific needs and training personnel on the use and administration of the system.
