Steve -- cpq churned too many share from 18 - 25. Add the fact it is in an out of favor sector, has not had a cfo for nearly a year (no one good wants to work for them), has a credability problem about a year old, has put forth a lot of talk with little completed indicates an execution problem lingering, -- I expect it to go up enough to hold but believe there are few buyers until mgmt can show the reasons for it to move are more than talk,,, Little downside (23??) and the upside is OK to great depending if they are able to change the perception from boxmaker to tech service company (32 - 38),, so far they have not been able to sustain anything over 28 which it has attacked often recently... The ceo is still not being taken as seriously as he deserves,,, We can hope that all changes soon..
