Microforum Inc - Microforum selected by Manulife for new media services Microforum Inc MCF Shares issued 30,989,056 2000-02-29 close $11.7 Wednesday Mar 1 2000 Also Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC) Mr. Howard Pearl reports Manulife Financial, a leading provider of financial protection products and investment management services, has selected Microforum to supply new media products for its Canadian division for the year 2000. Financial details were not disclosed. Under the terms of the agreement, Microforum will provide graphic design, processing and CD-ROM duplication of the client software programs that Manulife supplies to its client and adviser base. Additionally, Microforum will provide specified supply chain management services to Manulife. "This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate Microforum's ability to deliver integrated content based and tactical execution solutions," said Howard Pearl, president and chief executive officer of Microforum. "We are looking forward to working with Manulife Financial."
