Almost more than any stock, CSCO is the nasdaq... more so that MSFT since eveyone perceives CSCO as being "anywhere" there is computing as much as INTC was long regarded in this fashion - in fact, maybe more pervasive than INTC and MSFT both now as there is a trend to non Windows devices (whether it works or not is another matter)

So, maybe CSCO will be the que for next steps.

May be that watching these 4 Wednesday gives us our clues.
