good point - I think at the time that the poison was invented there was a mkt rumour about someone snooping around SJD. Not hard to start rumours and it never amounted to much and how clever you are for pointing out that MT could have created a safe haven for himself. Hmm.
Good note on the trading value - I think that most people compute it based on the FD shrs - but there is that dilution attached to these pills, even though shrholders get a chance to buy more stock cheap - it dilutes the cashand shr position further. Hmm.
