Since you asked:

I marinated a pork tenderloin in coffee, low-sodium soy sauce, gresh ginger, garlic, and red wine. I'll grill it and reduce the marinade to use as a sauce. I'd bought myself a nice mandoline at Williams Sonoma a few weeks ago and have been learning how to use it. Tonight I'm making poatoes dauphinois (a French poato casserole of very thinly-sliced potatoes baked in cream laced with a little salt, pepper, and nutmeg, topped with grated Gruyere cheese).

And a simple spinach salad with a sesame vinaigrette. :)
