If that's the case, why is the price not going anywhere?

David, the Thomsom I-Watch story becomes even more interesting when you look at CORL along with INPR. CORL has selling interest, INPR has buying interest. I think we have some people playing the arbitrage. I checked at one point today and found that INPR was trading at about a 9% discount from the conversion. Short CORL and buy INPR, take the difference when the deal closes. It would be nice if institutions were accumulating due to the merger deal.

One good thing about the merger, we can get rid of that damned Inprise name.
