...And a couple years ago we could talk to idiots for free, now we have to pay our SI membership fee. Talk about inflation!!

Wanna try to make a fortune in Florida real estate ? Buy shares of Alico Inc. (ALCO). They own huge chunks of raw land right around here (Southwest Florida), where growth is at the top of the U.S. Census Bureau's charts for over ten years. Guess how ALCO has done ? It is lower now than 14 or 15 years ago. (Same thing for Tejon Ranch (TRC) ...) If we were really in an inflationary psychology type environment, these things would never perform poorly. Jon.
