BentleyTel Australia & Data Exchange, Inc. Begin Joint Software Development

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb 8, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

BentleyTel and Data Exchange Technicians Meet in CyberSpace Beta
Customer Engagement to Commence April, 2000

Global TeleMedia International, Inc. (OTC: BB: GTMI) announced today
that its BentleyTel.com Australia subsidiary and Data Exchange, Inc.
have begun the process of jointly developing the MessagePilot product
for early introduction into the Australian market in the previously
announced April, 2000 time frame.

Laboratory facilities in Darwin, Australia, and Richardson, Texas, have
begun electronically sharing specifications and other technical
reference material, and will shortly have each lab upgraded with server
and datacom technology necessary for interactive file sharing,
collaborative testing, and software version control.

The linkage of the lab facilities promotes simultaneous and continuous
development, thereby enabling the technology teams to advance product
availability to the marketplace.

"This is the next step in the evolution of, what will be a long and
lasting product development relationship between our companies," stated
John Walsh, C.O.O., BentleyTel.com.

Ken Heffner, President Data Exchange, Inc. added, "The linking of the
two lab facilities is a positive first step in the development of
MessagePilot, and other related applications for the BentleyTel
Australia network."

Once deployed MessagePilot will i0mmediately serve the 5,000+
subscribers BentleyTel Australia currently supports. As the
BentleyTel.com network expands into the other states of the Australia
as well as into the USA and other countries, MessagePilot has the
opportunity to become the leading advanced worldwide message management
service. It will be one of the first unified messaging systems to allow
the user to continue his or her existing telephone number.

As soon as beta testing is complete BentleyTel.com intends to introduce
the MessagePilot into the US market targeting up to 50 million users,
with a focus on corporate clients, businessmen and women and
international travelers.

You were not suppose to post that one! ROFLMAO! JUST KIDDING. I have not had a chance to accumulate enough shares in it. I missed GMCH below .20.

I have only 20,000 shares in it right now. I will be picking up more if and when it dips below .30 again.

I want more than 10,000 shares of an e-commerce company for .05.
