Hi Tony, thanks for joining. I'm working hard tonight!

I'm just posting the latest press releases for everyone to read.

BELL NEXXIA AND CENOSIS TO MARKET AN ADVANCED EXTRANET FOR IP-BASED GRAPHIC ARTS APPLICATIONS

Montreal, January 20, 2000 - Bell Nexxia and Cenosis Inc. today announced an agreement to jointly market an extranet for the graphic arts industry, through KangaCom Inc. This new broadband digital transfer service allows graphic arts, publishing and advertising companies as well as their clients and suppliers to exchange camera-ready art and other images faster and cheaper than ever before.
KangaCom is providing a reliable and secure extranet-type network solution that allows a customer to be linked to other users through a central server. The service will operate on Bell Nexxia's IP-Broadband network, which has a capacity of 160 gigabits per second. A graphic designer will be able to transmit the full contents of a magazine to a client or printing firms at the opposite end of the country in just a few seconds, dramatically reducing production costs and delivery time.

Under the terms of the agreement, Bell Nexxia becomes KangaCom's preferred telecommunications services provider in Canada and obtains, in exchange for technology transfers, purchase warrants of up to 20 % in the company stock. In addition, Bell Nexxia and Cenosis are currently finalizing an agreement whereby Bell Nexxia will become a distributor of KangaCom services. The transaction requires usual regulatory approvals.

R‚jean Bouliane, senior vice president of Bell Nexxia, said: "Considering that we operate the largest and most advanced IP-optimized, high-performance network in the country, our customers expect us to introduce innovative solutions that address their needs in the Internet-based economy and business relationships."

Richard Corbo, president of Cenosis, is proud of the partnership with Bell Nexxia. "This is the result of major efforts on the part of Cenosis, and represents a great business opportunity for us. The agreement associates us with Bell Nexxia, a leader in developing and providing IP Broadband-based business solutions."

The commercial launch is planned for the first quarter of this year. Given the success of the testing that has been under way since January 1999, the solution is expected to be well received by Canadian and U.S. markets. Some twenty sites representing key industry players, such as printers, graphic designers and pre-press companies, have been involved in this testing process.

G‚rard Tardif, vice-president, Information Systems, at Cossette Communication-Marketing, has been testing KangaCom's service for several months. "Doing business with clients and partners in the United States and Western Canada used to be expensive and inconvenient in a lot of ways. In our industry, where time is money, this service has enabled us to reduce the amount of time spent on approvals and modifications, thereby reducing our costs," he explained.
