You're straying from the argument as usual - I said that if the cash flow goes up by 50% or doubles the share price will follow. It will. Not in lock step of course - but the low multiples now represent a buying opportunity.

And I thought Barrick's shares fared fairly well today - did you look at Placer? In fact Barrick's shares did well on a day when there must have been a lot of knee jerk reaction on the sell side and some smart buying.

As for being a PR disaster - such things must be purely in the eye of the beholder. The acid test for Barrick will be how the stock performs - and the numbers are too good to ignore.

So lets see what happens over the next year or two. WE're not going to see $12 - or are you off that kick now?
