Hi Mike,

FWIW timing is everything, a combination of news releases with and a NASDAQ listing while the market is just right and who knows, we might also be worth 7 billion without earning a penny.

that's an excellent point. timing is EVERYTHING. with jnj by its side i'm certain that they have been coached as to when and what to say. i'm sure that's one of the reasons dmx selected jnj over the other suitors.

with an excellent product; the right environment (i.e. many analysts are touting the pharmaceutical industry to be the big winners this year); the right marketing partner; and the right institutional backing, dmx is in an excellent position to capitalize on all of this.

Mike,

"DMX is 90% held by retail investors (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) IMHO the trades in the past week might very well be a shift to institutional interest and accumulation"

Thats part of the reason for the high price run up. This
has to be accumulated from private hands to a higher
degree because of the high retail holding you point out.

David,

Your got the discussion you wanted to start. Thanks.
