THE MARKET:

I still don't like the look of the "market" for the nearest term.

The DOW has failed to close above the 11,000 level on several attempts in the past 10 days, in spite of the NASDAQ making new record Hs.

The DOW is down over 200 points today and the NASDAQ 40. The S&P 25.90

Some stocks "swimming against the current" today:

But I prefer to keep a watch and see attitude and not become actively involved until we get a better definition of the trend.
