My charting is seat of the pants. (Where I keep my money) But I see a big spike in volume just after 1300 and a slight drop in price, then the price just free falls on light volume until it levels out until just after 1500. Then about 30 minutes before close another almost identical spike in volume at the days low that brings the stock back slightly to it's closing price. Give the SEC all the Viagra you want they still are impotent when it comes to enforcing the rules on a daily basis. What's the excuse the MM would use like "Oh, we just had a sudden surge of buy and sell orders that was slightly on the sell side, hence the small drop, then we had lots and lots of small sell orders but no buyers until we droped the price 2+ points"
