Seemed to me that gasoline builds are awfully low for off season. Went to the DOE site to see if I am crazy. I'm not (at least in this respect). Current gasoline stocks are 12.4% lower than the same time last year. Even more surprising is how low Heating Oil stocks are (see below). Hmmmm, We drop about a million barrels a week average (cuts start in march) on crude stocks. Not sure why everyone insists OPEC can't/won't/shouldn't maintain the cuts past March?
