A standby? me too, bought my fav DSNY -on the pinks- in 30 seconds- with my live guy today - plus he liked it so much he bought some himself! On TD tonight it went something like this. Hi press 1 for .... now press 1 ... hold for 1 hour (no jokin') Hi blah, blah blah ..oh you need a broker to do that sir hold on. music on hold.... Hi how can I help you? I want to change an order that your POS software does not recognise... mmm let me see , oh yeah I see the problem, but you are in BC , you need a BC licensed broker, please hold.... music on hold.... 15 mins later, Hi can I help you.. Yeah ......
