Dear Gerald: I am not leeeery at all!! First off SYNT had very little Y2K work to begin with so nothing to drop off. Secondly, remember that "cash" acquisition last year? It ought to bring at least 10% increase in earnings this year just from that. Only offsett I can think of is possibly costs related to this new program of incubating B2B companies. But, that can be easily explained and put into a positive light. JDN

GT,
I got an email from IR at Syntel which stated that
they are comfortable with the expected earnings which
is EPS of $0.14 and revenue of $43 M. I don't expect
any surprises from Syntel.
