You may want to check up around the cash registers. People often grab a product when they're in a hurry, only to discover at check out that it wasn't what they wanted. Somebody may have grabbed the box thinking it was a legitimate nasal spray like Dristan. My guess is you'll find it precariously perched atop the candy rack in the check out isle.

You mean it's not pronounced ZI-cam? As in ZIT?
