FEBRUARY 8, 2000 Information First, Inc. agrees to provide services to Heritage Concepts to expand the capabilities of Platinum Intermedia BURLINGTON, ONTARIO--Platinum Intermedia, a newly acquired subsidiary of Heritage Concepts International Inc. a Burlington based restaurant Franchisor, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Information First, Inc. of Dallas, Texas. Information First is a firm specializing in areas of Information Resource Management, Knowledge Management, Business Process Engineering, Competitive Business Intelligence, and Strategic Internet Interface Design. Information First through its information and web design capabilities will improve Platinum Intermedia's product and service offerings. Along with other design and marketing partners Platinum Intermedia will enhance and broaden its corporate capabilities. Information First has been granted 900,000 options to purchase shares of HCI at $0.08 as part of its compensation package which will include the payment of fees for services rendered at an hourly rate/based upon certain performance criteria/based upon deliverables. Mr. Tinsley, President of Information First, Inc. states that he is excited by the opportunity of bringing a state of the art web site and true e-commerce capability to the radio broadcasting industry.
