Why should anybody buy gold now? Who does better research than Barrick? Where is wage inflation? How strong is the global recovery? Why would want to own no growth right now when there is vast growth in internet backbone? If the government were afraid of inflation right now..why would it have created a bullish scenario for bond market? How many jobs is the internet creating and at same time how many jobs is the internet replacing? With higher oil and medical charges and insurance and higher credit card interest payments and mortgage rates etc, how much will that take away from consumer spending? Now that people for a while now have experienced the wealth effect from appreciation of their homes, won't that start wearing thin as their expenses for that house increase
