Another press release is out.

That's two in the last 18 hours. Those guys must be up all night working on press releases.

In any case, it looks like the new venture is bankruptcy remote from MCLL (explains why people are willing to invest in it). Deal is tiny.

New breed of management might give more life to MCLL for sometime. I always look at the "who is behind the connection" for shaky micro caps. "Idea+tech" is about 25%, but "75%" is management, imho.

Who would've given a penny to the old crappy MCLL management earlier? But don't try to measure MCLL with old management. How you package it is the game for MCLL from now on.
