In legal terms, and according to FTC and FDA regulations, the efficacy of Zicam has been proven. That is more important for an OTC cold remedy than whether you or a handful of doctors in the medical community accept it or reject it. Consumers vote with their wallets and they put Zicam in the top 2% of cold remedies in November and December. Those are the important issues, and not whether Hank or Wexler accept the study as valid.
