RE: Linux

RHAT: No question in my mind that they provide a trustworthy product out of the box. In fact, I would have my whole office on RHAT Linux if not for the fact that two services that are indispensable to me (Bloomberg and Axys) do not provide Linux-compatible software.

LNUX (i.e. VA Linux): Although I don't have first hand experience dealing with their products, I have spoken to a couple of people who used them to build out a Linux based office LAN, and they've been happy. This parallels information that analysts have given me. I'm a whole lot closer to the people and the products at Red Hat, though, so my confidence there is a lot higher.
