Re E-Trade: Couldn't get in through Netscape at all, got through using IE okay -- but not able to do it again in another window. Suspect it may be an intermittent server problem, causing "spotty" access. May just need to keep trying, perhaps opening new browser windows now & then in case that helps route through different servers...
