SMARTSERV ANNOUNCES ADJUSTMENTS TO ITS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE WARRANTS

I found this on their site. If you do the math, their is currently a $30 arbitrage per share. According to the terms below, 2 warrants would buy you one share for $16. with the warrants at $60, the total cost would be $136. The stock is at $166 allowing for a $30 arb.
One thing I don't understand is why the data in message #74 says 'shares received from exercise not approved for trade'. The terms below mention no such stipulation.
