Department of Energy Asks EUROTECH to Demonstrate Radioactive-Resistant EKOR at Hanford WASHINGTON, DC. EUROTECH Ltd. (OTC: BB:EURO) announced today that the Department of Energy Richland Operations Office (RL) invited EUROTECH to demonstrate the capabilities of the EKOR material at Hanford in Washington State. In the letter RL says, “Due to requests from both U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office technical staff and Hanford Site contractors, RL invites EUROTECH, Ltd. to conduct a demonstration of the product EKOR…at the Volpentest HAMMER Training Facility (Hanford)…The demonstrations are tentatively scheduled for the end of March 2000, provided that EUROTECH scientists have completed their current containment project in Chernobyl.
