Just tried the tracer routine Heinz explained yesterday, it says Datek is unreachable. Try it yourself (this is cool, BTW). I assume you are using Windows 95/98:

1. Click start
2. Click programs
3. Scroll down to MS DOS prompt, and click that
4. At the dos prompt, type: tracert www.datek.com

If it gives you a * that means a time-out.

Heinz explained anything over a certain number of MS means there is congestion, can't remember, think it was around 400 MS, anyway, when I tried it the program said Datek was unreachable.
