To Thread; I spent a couple of hours last night looking at old SI entries around July/August to find info. on the options package given to MC. No luck. It's always interesting to read old posts and realize how, with the benefit of 20-20 hindsight, so many of them are such nonsense and so off-base. The announcement of MC as ceo was made on July 22/99. In mid July cpq was 28. (yea, I know cpq dropped to 18 after MC was appointed). In a nutshell, we're right where we were seven months ago!!! Great. One thing is painfully obvious though, reading those posts - there is no shortage of unrealized goals.
