What is the breakup fee? I remember it is in the order of
$5+ Billion. But the same article also pointed there is no such suitor. We have to wait and see. But beefing up bank teams is a good move. I thought they should have done taht in the first place. They should have had atleast three on AOL side (SSB, MER and GS) and the current two on TWX side(MWD and someone else).

I don't thing GE will have easy time as they already have NBC, CNBC and they will control too much content which will be a long fight.
