Dan, were it not for the taxes immediately due when the options were exercised, I don't believe Gary would have sold the 50K shares. It is my understanding that the board and not Gary decided when to exercise the options. This then set the wheels in motion leaving no alternative to selling the shares to pay, by my estimate, over half a million in taxes. I suspect if Gary were selling shares he would have selected a more propitious moment for exercising. He, after all, knew very well when information would be released. Anyone trying to glean wrong doing or share dumping is foolishly barking up the wrong tree.
