CSCO is in a large number of huge growth markets - all with competitors which are discussed at nearly every quarterly report.

I agree with Gary. Cisco would simply point out that its chief competitor has a market cap presently growing faster than Cisco.

If memory serves, DOJ investigated msft, intc, and csco in the last 18 months. Mr. Softee took the arrogant approach and said "sue me", much to the dismay of msft shareholders. Intel agreed to stop certain practices and went on with their business. Cisco was exonerated of any nefarious practices - no action required - clean as a whistle <gg>.
