Hi Dangergirl, nice to someone else post. Here are some facts about you investment. I personally think company is undervalued and un-discovered. I'm in since .10 and wouldn't even consider selling my shares. Take a look

1. GFP-Growth Fund Partners is a contraian fund with mining interest in South and North America. MBHC/NICA owns 667,000 shares valued at approximatley $33 million dollars as of March 99. Gold is up from $260oz to over $300oz.

2. MBHC's alliance with Strong Capitol Management. Strong manages over 500 billion dollars in assets. Second to Janus who manages over 1 trillion dollars in assets.

3. MBHC is one of the largest providers of estate and financial planning products and services to the community-independent banks in the United States.

4. MBHC is an endorsed provider for estate and financial planning with multiple community and independent banker's associations.

5. The National Institute Companies of America (NICA), through its subsidiaries the National Institutes for Estate Planning (NIEP), Employee Benefits (NIEB), Retirement Planning (NIRP) and Financial Services (NIFS).

6. Stellar Management my.treeway.com

7. Repeal of Glass-Steagal act of 1933.

The above is not including what the company has on the table. Boomers.com, Bank Integration site, Financials, Symbol change, Seminar for 300 banks on Oct 7&8 and more...............all this for pennies.
