February 17, 2000 Hello Shareholders, Viewers and Customers, Please pardon my delay in keeping you abreast with the latest news and info. We are all moving at a rapid pace as we continue to manage the accelerated growth and expansion of Triangle Multi-Media. With the national expansion of both AuctionsTelevision and BingoTelevision well underway, we can now pursue national advertisers and bulk sales for commercial time. As we have closely followed our business plan in the development of the different growth phases of Triangle Multi-Media, we are now aggressively expanding our advertising department. I am happy to provide you with the following update on a wide array of issues: 1. Thanks to Joey P., one of our QBID shareholders, for taking the time to come meet us and see the operation first hand. He timed his visit to coincide with the live broadcast of both shows over this last weekend. We were glad to accommodate him. All shareholders are invited to visit us if you are in the Palm Springs area. Please call Dr Sherman, (760) 322-1217, to coordinate the details. 2. Also, I would like to thank Peter Schur, of IMS Public Relations, for his visit with us over the weekend. We had a very productive meeting at which we re-evaluated and confirmed the business strategy of the company. 3. In order for our shareholders to have an additional communication link to address any questions or comments you may have specifically for me, I would ask each of you to please use my e-mail address, frankceo@the provider.com. I will respond, as needed, no later than one week following receipt of your e-mail. 4. We have begun the filing process for our Form 10K. We apologize for the delay, but it was necessary in order to collect data from the former officers of Integrated Healthcare, Inc. for the filing process. 5. Dick Weiner, CEO/President of Triangle Broadcasting Company, Inc. (GAAY), asked me to remind any of you who may be current GAAY shareholders to send your Proxy Statements in. 6. Last week we proudly announced the addition of 45 new affiliates for both AuctionsTelevision and BingoTelevision through our partnership with the American Independent Network (AIN). After the first set of shows, AIN has informed us they have received a vast number of positive comments from both affiliates and viewers. 7. In our second week, AuctionsTelevision had just under 30 successful bidders, with revenue exceeding $15,000. Look for weekly reports on the growth of AuctionsTelevision. 8. Selected AuctionsTelevision products can be purchased on the Internet up to a week after the show on www.auctionstelevision.com. 9. The expansion of BingoTelevision has kept us quite busy developing and updating our system for distributing bingo cards in the new markets. We will update you as the enhancements and changes for getting your bingo cards are implemented. Thank you for your support. I will continue to update you as information and time requirements merit. Warmest Regards, Frank O.
