he has said to Wall Street that INPR is fairly valued at $15/share. And that's with $4/share of cash!!

There are only three things we can do as shareholders.
1) sell, which is what is driving the stock down.
2) vote no on the merger.
3) Pray, which frankly I'm tired of doing. Trusting Dale and trusting Cowboy are two very different things.

I would be greatly concerned if another player doesn't step in with a counter offer before the vote.

Re: "Why would Fuller do this to us INPR shareholders?"

Fuller has taken this very personally and you should not. He is probably just reaping the rewards of his past 8 months labors. When he was getting no salary and only stock options he was really really really motivated to the shareholders. Now he has gotten his promotion and permanent salary so he can start thinking of his future like the rest of us? He has much more time now to perform as well.

"He had just started to make believers out of us shareholders once again. I believe that there was genuine excitement building up for what he was doing. And, then, this! Very, very disappointing. Well, see ya soon on another board!! Good luck!!

This statement reminds me of back when INPR was rising nicely and out of nowhere (just like this deal) Del Yocum announced the purchase of VisiGenics at a huge over-valuation. My immediate thought at the time before I knew of any details was; "Oh no! not now? They can't afford to buy other companies now! They should at least finish their turn around and become profitable first"

The stock was trading at around 11-12 after a nice earnings report at that time. Then I started fishing around to see what it was about and thinking; "They must know more than they are telling?" Seem very simular to this deal? That is why I surmise this coming from the board? Just too much likeness in the timing and quality of the deals?

Darrell:

(1) I have, as I assume other INPR shareholders as well, greatly appreciated all the information links and all that you have kindly posted on this board. I have wanted to thank you but I have not been a member until 5 minutes ago.

(2) As an INPR shareholder, I could not think of a single positive reason why INPR would sell out for the Corel stock at this price, nor could I think of a single positive reason why INPR would sell out for the Corel stock at any price, nor could I think of a single positive reason why INPR would sell out for the Corel stock at any price and with "Cowpland resigning", etc etc. (actually if cowpland goes, Corl likely would swing up, and I could get rid of my stupid INPR).

(3) What do you, and other participants of this board, think of the possibility of another bidder coming in?

(4) I do not have the precise number but I tend to speculate, due to the heavy volume in the last two months, that the cost basis of a lot of institutional as well as individual holdings is not lower than the current price range of 12-15. What do you, and other participants of this board, think of the possibility of a majority "no" vote to this merger (knowing that a lot can happen between now and May).
