A lot of the analysts have not factored in the new sources of revenue streams that will add to the current growing revenues. I understand that in three to five years, these new revenue streams may contribute as much as 1/3 of the total revenues.

The new revenue streams include "Gini" products (internet appliances), cable set-top boxes, software revenue from Java, new service revenues from their Internet development and integration groups and new storage sub-systems that kick in this year as a result of their recent purchase.

Therefore, IMO many of the analysts are quite short on their estimate for revenues for 2003-2005.

SUNW is probably overvalued if you use the current trailing estimates or even the one year forward estimates. It's the three to five year results I look out to as a long term investor.

P.S. These "Gini" enabled devise are going to be huge looking forward but are not even discussed by many of the analysts I follow.
