Probably, I'd be buying the stocks that are showing strength into this weakness. When the pressure comes off in a day or two, these will be the stocks that run. Oddly, my portfolio is in the green today. IMO the OSX is coming into strong support here. I say that KEG drops to 7 in a normal correction. I'd buy KEG, before I'd buy FLC. FGH is just soooo beat down almost any good news will send it up. Staying away from the deep stuff for right now. About the only stock I'd buy that has exposure to deep water is OII. GLBL and HOFF are interesting, although their earnings turnaround is probably two qtrs away. They might run on contract announcements before the GOM season starts.

If I had cash, I wouldn't buy E&P's - too much overhead resistance. That's what turned me off to those stocks to begin with. Way too many "get me out even" types in those stocks for my taste. Maybe later.
