>>>I talked to my broker at MSDW....So it's basically an evaluation call. They think there are better buys out there.<<<

Bulls**t! I read the MSDW release and the CYMI rationale was in the same release with the Cisco "maintain strong buy" recommendation. The Cisco target is $150 vs. $126 on report date or (+19.0% upside) while CYMI's target is $80 vs $61 on report date or (+31.1% upside). The CYMI target price P/E on 2001 EPS is (39) with a PEG at (.7), while Cisco's target price P/E on 2001 EPS is (118) with a PEG at (4.4)LOL. So they're recommending you pay 6+ times more for the normalized earnings growth at Cisco vs. CYMI's normalized earnings growth. Ha! CYMI's growth is conservatively projected to be 35%-45% while Cisco's growth is 27%. Deahna himself in his report says momentum is building and CYMI will undoubtedly continue to exceed estimates and he is confident that CYMI will do even better. What convoluted logic can be applied to a "strong buy" at Cisco with an "outperform" at CYMI. Answer: there's is something more going on here that they don't want to tell you because it is not in their interest to disclose their true motives.

So this comparative valuation stuff is a load of cr*p. Ask your broker about the status of the corporate finance investment banking relationship (expected fee income for the next 12-24 months) and ask him what the net trading position is on their trading desk and whether they hope to be net buyers or net sellers. Ask them if they are calling their institutional clients and recommending they stop buying and whether those clients are doing that. Their self-serving manipulations are obvious to even the most disinterested observer.

Good Luck To Each And All
